General reservation, purchase, and contracting policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products and services offered by Rumkata require <strong>a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours\u2019 advance notice<\/strong> for reservation, purchase, or contracting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This requirement applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The minimum 48-hour period is required for the advance preparation and coordination necessary to ensure the proper provision of the service or preparation of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will not be possible to select an activity, availability, or delivery date that does not meet this minimum period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products and services are subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a reservation, contract a service, or make a purchase through the website, <strong>There is no need to create an account or user profile<\/strong>The customer will only be required to provide the information necessary to manage the corresponding transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Rates and number of participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an experience or workshop is booked for a group, the conditions indicated for the selected product or service will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Groups of 10 people or more:<\/strong> the base rate established for the activity will apply, regardless of the final number of participants, up to the limit established for that rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Groups of fewer than 10 people:<\/strong> the base rate established for the activity will apply, regardless of the final number of participants, up to the limit established for that rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For kits, the price will correspond to the selected option, configuration, and features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable rates will be displayed to the customer before completing the purchase or booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable prices will be those displayed on the website at the time the transaction is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legally applicable taxes, including the <strong>tax on the Transfer of Industrialized Goods and Services (ITBIS)<\/strong> where applicable, will be identified during the purchase or reservation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer will be able to view the corresponding amount, applicable taxes, and total amount payable before confirming the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata makes available to customers the payment methods enabled on the website at the time of making the reservation, purchase, or contracting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment through an authorized provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Electronic payments may be processed through an <strong>authorized third-party payment service provider<\/strong> enabled on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata facilitates access to this service as part of the purchase or reservation process but <strong>does not collect, store, or retain the complete card details used to make payments.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial information required to complete the transaction, such as the card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV), is entered by the customer directly through the service provided by the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata may receive only the information necessary to manage the transaction, such as payment confirmation or status, the amount, and a transaction reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of financial information will be subject to the terms, privacy policies, and security measures of the corresponding authorized provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment by bank transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the customer selects <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>they will receive or have access to the information necessary to make the payment to the account indicated by Rumkata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must make the transfer for the corresponding amount using the information and instructions provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selecting bank transfer as the payment method <strong>does not in itself constitute confirmation of the reservation, purchase, or contracting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction will be confirmed once Rumkata has verified receipt of the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When necessary, Rumkata may request proof of the bank transfer from the customer in order to identify and verify the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for correctly entering the banking information provided by Rumkata and verifying the amount before making the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Confirmation of the reservation, purchase, or contracting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reservation, purchase, or contracting will be considered confirmed once the corresponding process has been completed and <strong>the payment has been confirmed or verified<\/strong>depending on the selected method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For payments made through the authorized third-party provider, confirmation will be subject to the result of the transaction communicated by that provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For payments made by bank transfer, confirmation will be subject to Rumkata\u2019s verification of the actual receipt of the corresponding amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until the payment has been confirmed or verified, as applicable, the transaction may remain <strong>pending payment or pending confirmation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the transaction has been confirmed, the customer will receive a <strong>confirmation receipt or voucher by email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product or service purchased, this may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selected product or service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date and time, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of participants, when applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity or delivery location, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant terms of the purchase or booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must review the information received and report any errors as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Information provided by the customer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the reservation, purchase, or contracting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata will not be responsible for delays, personalization errors, missed communications, or other issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Age requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain experiences, kits, or workshops may include alcoholic beverages or other products subject to legal age restrictions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable, their purchase, reservation, participation, delivery, or consumption will be limited to individuals who meet the minimum age required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, during the process, it is determined that the customer does not meet the applicable age requirement, the transaction will not be permitted to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata may request a valid identification document to verify compliance with this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because Rumkata\u2019s products and services require preparation, coordination, allocation of resources, and, where applicable, advance personalization, cancellations must be communicated sufficiently in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations made <strong>less than forty-eight (48) hours before<\/strong> the scheduled date will be non-refundable, without prejudice to any rights the consumer may have under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests made before this deadline will be subject to the applicable refund conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of a personalized kit whose preparation has already begun, specific conditions arising from its personalized nature may apply, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Rescheduling and modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests for changes or rescheduling must be made at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong> nd will be subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes may include, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date or time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kit features or personalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity or delivery location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a modification results in a price difference, the additional amount must be paid before the corresponding service or delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Cancellations by Rumkata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When Rumkata must cancel an activity or is unable to provide a product for reasons directly attributable to its operations, the customer may choose, as applicable, between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rescheduling the service or delivery for a new available date; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requesting a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled product or service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When extraordinary circumstances beyond Rumkata\u2019s reasonable control arise, the appropriate solutions will apply according to the nature of the situation and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Activity or delivery location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable location will be indicated during the booking or purchase process, in the confirmation voucher, or through subsequent communication, depending on the nature of the product or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an experience or workshop takes place at a location provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for providing accurate information about the location and ensuring the conditions necessary for the activity to take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For kits, the delivery or pickup conditions and location will be those indicated during the corresponding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Punctuality and attendance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For scheduled experiences and workshops, the customer and participants must arrive at the indicated location on the confirmed date and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delays attributable to the customer or participants may reduce the effective duration of the activity when it is not possible to extend the originally reserved time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure of participants to attend on the confirmed date and time will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Kits and materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kits may contain products, materials, and accessories determined by the option purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a kit is personalized, the customer will be responsible for correctly providing the information necessary for its preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The features, quantities, and components will be those specified in the description of the selected kit at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When experiences or workshops include materials, these will be those indicated in the corresponding description or conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experiences, kits, and training workshops are subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata may temporarily limit bookings or purchases when it is not possible to guarantee proper preparation, delivery, or provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation of a product or service on the website does not in itself constitute a guarantee of availability until the transaction has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Allergies and restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a product or service includes food, beverages, chocolates, pairings, or other consumable products, the customer must inform Rumkata in advance of any relevant allergy, intolerance, or restriction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata will make reasonable efforts to take the information provided into consideration but cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination in products prepared or handled by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Responsible consumption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumkata promotes the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an experience or workshop includes the tasting of alcoholic beverages, Rumkata may limit or suspend service to any participant when there are safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or a risk to the participant, staff, or third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contents of Rumkata\u2019s website, including text, photographs, designs, graphic elements, logos, and audiovisual material, belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without the corresponding authorization, except where such use is legally permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19.
